Construction Management
Wellsmart Energy construction supervisors oversee the onsite installation of the modules and determine site fabrication and construction requirements. Our commitment to efficient project management extends to hiring local construction labor and local equipment as required on remote plant sites.
This management phase incorporates contract evaluations, freight logistics, scheduling, and cost accounting and control factors.
Pre-Commissioning and Start-Up
Wellsmart Energy has a dedicated team of specialists available to commission the plant and offer you full support, facilitating a smooth plant opening.
We can supervise the pre-commissioning and start-up of the plant with the plant operators. Other services include the preparation of operating/plant maintenance manuals, operator training, and ongoing technical support.
