Projects Management

Wellsmart has a project management team that is dedicated to taking projects from the award stage through to completion. Each project is executed by a project manager, with support from individual discipline managers who allocate resources as required for engineering, drafting, and support-related tasks. Wellsmart employs project managers certified by the Project Management Institutes, who execute projects within the guidelines outlined by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

The project management group is responsible for ensuring that:

• All stakeholder requirements are identified at the beginning of the project
• The project is executed in compliance with project requirements
• The final product is delivered within the scope of the project, and within the required delivery schedule
• Customers are satisfied with the product they receive

These key tasks are accomplished through three main areas of focus: initiating and planning, project execution, and project closing
