Compressor of hydraulic piston CNG daughter station is located outside or compressor room. the gas cascaded/well is arranged outdoors. Dispenser is installed on the gas filling island under the tent. PLC is installed in the station control room. By finishing installation of each device, gas filling function can be realized

Double compressor system in parallel, one running one standby, to ensure the reliability of system and maintenance without operation stop. Cylinder commutation control technology (patent technology) is able to electrodelessly regulate piston clearance and effectively prevent striking the cylinder, by doing which the efficiency of the system gets improved

Trailer Integrated With Hydraulic Piston CNG Daughter Station And Storage & Transportation

It keeps the transportation function and adds storage function which is unnecessary to fix storage cascades(well) in gas station and thus storage cost and relative occupation area can be saved.

Design and manufacture based on USA DOT standard and get selling license of this kind of trailer Front and back room is equipped with control valve assembly to divide cascades of trail and controlled by PLC to realize gas storage function. Transportation gas capacity reaches 4280m3. Storage capacity is 4280 M3. The high-pressure gas storage capacity is 1100 Nm3
